As the dedicated on-site logistics lead, we manage insured vendors, building access, freight scheduling, protection standards, placement sequencing, and communication across the project. From COI approvals and elevator reservations through final clearance, we keep the operation controlled and aligned with the approved plan so the client or project team can remain focused on the final result.
Fine Art & Delicate Asset Oversight
The highest risk in any luxury installation is the movement of irreplaceable assets. Custom mirrors, fine art, and delicate antiques require controlled sequencing, clear responsibility, and constant oversight. As the on-site logistics lead, we coordinate specialized crating, uncrating, protective wrapping, transport paths, and final placement with insured vendors. We monitor compliance with the approved handling plan and intervene when conditions create unnecessary risk. The client or project team does not have to supervise every fragile piece—we keep the process controlled from arrival through final placement.
Staging & Model Unit Logistics
High-volume staging for new developments requires coordinated transitions between model residences, storage, and active sales environments. We manage inventory sequencing, freight schedules, insured vendors, building access, and placement according to approved plans. From one model unit to the next, we keep each transition controlled, documented, and ready for the sales team without disrupting scheduled showings.
Building Compliance & Freight Logistics
Navigating New York’s high-value residential buildings requires strict coordination before vendors arrive. We manage COI submissions, freight-elevator reservations, service access, building-specific protection requirements, and communication with resident managers and superintendents. We confirm that insured vendors understand the approved rules and monitor compliance throughout the operation so the transition proceeds under a controlled plan and avoids preventable delays, violations, and access problems.
